If a film, campaign, poster, or piece of audio on Cineriah uses work you own without permission, you can file a formal notice here. You do not need an account. A human reads every notice.

1. Who can file

The copyright owner, or someone authorized to act for them — an agent, a manager, a label, an estate. If you are not the owner and not authorized, do not file: a notice is a sworn statement, and a knowingly false one carries legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including the other side's damages and legal costs.

2. Why this form asks for so much

United States copyright law sets out exactly what a valid notice has to contain: the work you own, where the infringing material is, contact details for you, and two sworn statements. A notice missing any of them is not a valid notice, and we cannot act on it. That is why this form is longer than the rest of the site — every field is one of those requirements.

3. What happens after you file

A human reviews the notice. If it is upheld, the material comes down and a strike is recorded against the account that uploaded it. Accounts that reach 3 upheld notices are treated as repeat infringers under our Terms of Service and may be terminated. If the notice is rejected — for example because the use turns out to be licensed, or is the filer's misunderstanding — no strike is recorded, and we will tell you why.

The person who uploaded the material has the right to dispute a removal. If they do, we may pass your notice, including the contact details on it, to them.

Filing a knowingly false claim carries legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including the other party's damages and legal costs. Only file if you own this work or are authorized to act for the owner.

4. This is not the right form for everything

Intimate imagery shared without consent, or anything involving a minor, goes through Content Removal instead — those run on a 48-hour legal clock and should never wait in this queue. Every public film and campaign page also carries a Report control, which works signed out.
